About The Conference

International Conference on Innovative Approaches and Technological Developments (ICIATED 2026), which will be held with the participation of researchers, academicians, sector employees, and students from many countries will be held in Erzurum (Türkiye) on October 9-12, 2026. ICIATED 2026 is planned in a hybrid format that allows onsite and online participation.

The aim of ICIATED 2026 is to provide an international forum for researchers, academics, people in industry, and students to consider the latest research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress. In this regard, participants will experience all theoretical and practical problems and technological developments that arise in current and innovative topics.

The official language of the conference is English in order to appeal to the international community. However, domestic papers can be presented in Turkish, provided that the written language is English.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by the members of the International Scientific Committee and the corresponding author will be notified of their acceptance or rejection. All submissions will be judged by at least two reviewers based on originality, technical depth, innovation, and quality. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Proceedings Book with ISBN.

Submission

  • ICIATED 2026 meets ÜAK criteria.
  • Studies prepared in the form of research or review can be presented at ICIATED 2026.
  • It is the responsibility of the authors whether the paper requires ethics committee approval or not.
  • Full-text papers must be a minimum of 3 pages in length.
  • Papers must be written in English (However, domestic papers can be presented in Turkish, provided that the written language is English). Turkish characters should not be used outside of Türkiye.
  • Optional abstracts or full-text papers should be prepared in accordance with the conference template and sent to the e-mail address "iciated@hotmail.com" in Microsoft Word format, together with the paper submission form, by Tuesday, September 29, 2026 (including this date).
  • If the submitted papers are suitable for the conference template, the review process is started.
  • Each submission will be subject to a review process where at least two reviewers will be appointed.
  • Notification of acceptance/rejection will be announced within two weeks from the date of application according to the comments of the reviewers.
  • When preparing your paper, please use the conference template file and do not change this file formally.
  • Authors should submit their papers according to their preference for publication as abstract or full-text. Full-text submissions will not be accepted later for those who submit abstracts.
  • No subsequent editing of the papers will be permitted, except for the recommendations of the reviewers.
  • Oral presentations will be made via Microsoft Teams and the presented papers will be published in the Proceedings Book with ISBN.

Submit Paper

Registration

  • Presentations for onsite participation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, and the registration fee includes conference materials, lunch, tea/coffee breaks, and presentation certificate.
  • For onsite participation, one paper can be submitted with one registration fee and an author can participate onsite. For onsite participation, if the same author submits more than one paper, 50% of the registration fee is requested for the second and each subsequent paper.
  • For online participation, only the presentation certificate will be sent as a soft copy.
  • One paper can be submitted with one registration fee for online participation. To present more than one paper, a participation fee equal to the number of papers is required.
  • The Proceedings Book with ISBN will be published as a soft copy on the website.
  • In ICIATED 2026, listeners are charged a fee according to onsite or online participation status. Please contact us to attend as a listener.
  • Payment cannot be accepted without paper being accepted. After paper is accepted, account numbers will be shared for registration payment. Once the registration is completed, an acceptance letter for the paper will be sent.
  • In case of withdrawal of papers, the participation fee for online registration is non-refundable, however, for onsite registration, 25% of the participation fee will be refunded for requests made before the registration deadline.
